Exchange Policy

• Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. If you have any inquiries about size or fit, you can call on +91 7877531660 or email our customer care at care@laalijaipur.com.
• Please email Customer Care or call +91 7877531660 within 3 days of receiving your parcel . We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request. Exchange requests placed after 3 days of receiving your order will not be eligible.
• Exchanges are accepted only once and will be chargeable. A charge of Rs.200 is to be paid by the customer on getting the product or size exchanged. 
• Please ensure that the product sent back is unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged and is in a saleable condition.
• We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be exchanged, including the tags. Laali Jaipur team holds the right to not accept the product to be exchanged in case the product is used or damaged by the customer.
• Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days. On receiving, within 2-3 days we will dispatch the exchanged product if all conditions are met.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, write to us within 24 hours of placing the order at care@laalijaipur.com or call +91 7877531660 . Once an order is shipped it cannot be cancelled.
